Trust, subprocessors & AI disclosure
Published from day one, per the Outer Ring compliance baseline: enterprise customers cannot close their data-processing paperwork against unnamed providers, so ours are named.
Named subprocessors

|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Portal hosting, database (D1), DNS | Account data, run records, reports | Global edge; D1 in the account's configured region |

| OpenRouter | AI model routing / fallback | Session prompts and responses for the product under test | United States |
| Migadu | Mailbox hosting for Outer Ring addresses | Email content | European Union |
| Zoho (ZeptoMail) | Transactional email delivery | Recipient address, message content | United States |
AI Disclosure & Data-Use Statement
The Outer Ring uses AI systems as part of its testing and research work, under human supervision: test sessions may be conducted with AI-assisted drivers and reviewed by the Ring team and by Juno (Unlimited Apps' operator). Customer data submitted to this portal is used only to deliver the engagement it was submitted for. We do not sell customer data. Where a model provider offers a no-training configuration for API traffic, we use it; prompts sent to model providers are limited to what the engagement requires.
Retention: security and audit logs are retained for at least 12 months. Engagement recordings and transcripts follow the retention schedule in your engagement terms (defaults: recordings 90 days post-close, anonymized transcripts 12 months, screener data 30 days) unless your agreement says otherwise.
Isolation: every customer's records are tenant-scoped in the database layer; access by another customer is refused by construction and covered by automated cross-tenant tests.
Accessibility statement
This portal is built to WCAG 2.1 AA: labeled controls, visible focus, keyboard-operable flows, and contrast-checked text in both light and dark themes. If any part of it is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the same information in an accessible form and fix the barrier.
